Driving Licence And Fitness
|
|
|
- You must be fit to drive with regard to legal and medical requirements
- You must hold a current valid provisional driving licence (both parts) and produce it on your first driving lesson
- You must be able to read an old style number plate from a distance of 67 feet or about 5 car lengths
- You must attend your first lesson and any subsequent lessons with any corrective lenses/glasses

Payments And Cancellations
|
|
|
- We require that payments for lessons are made before commencement of each lesson and prepaid lessons are refundable at the driving schools discretion
- We would require a minimum of 48 hours notice if for any reason you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson
- We reserve the right to charge for that lesson if less then 48 hours notice is given
- We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change lesson lengths and start/finish times under certain circumstances (ie dangerous weather conditions)
- We cannot be held responsible for postponements due to instructor illness
- We will carry forward fees paid in advance in the event of postponements

Bookings And Lessons
|
|
|
- We will endeavour to maintain a regular weekly lesson slot however this cannot be guaranteed
- We will inform you if your instructor is going to be late for a lesson and give you an estimated time of arrival
- We will extend the lesson if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and where possible the lesson will be extended by the time due
- We will carry forward the extra time to the next suitable lesson if the lesson cannot be extended

Training Locations
|

- All lessons will start and finish at the same location unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance
|

|
Training Vehicles
|
|
|
- Learnwithbill driving school cars are taxed, insured for the purpose of driving tuition, fully roadworthy and fitted with dual controls
|
|
|
Driving Tests And Bookings
|
|
|
- We will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle supplied for the driving test will be fully road worthy and comply with all legal requirements at the start of the test
- We cannot be held responsible for vehicle failure that occurs during the driving test and are not liable for consequent loss
- We cannot be held responsible for driving tests postponed by the DSA due to bad weather, sickness, staff shortages or other reasons such cancellations are beyond our control and therefore the lesson fee and use of car for the booked period will be charged
- We reserve the right to refuse permission for any pupil to use a learnwithbill driving school car for a driving lesson/test if in the instructors opinion the pupil is unfit due to the effects of alcohol, drugs (prescribed or otherwise) or any other condition that would cause his/her driving to be dangerous or illegal. In such circumstances the lesson fee will be payable
- We reserve the right to change or alter any of the Terms And Conditions without notice and will inform students of any changes as soon as possible

Competition Rules

- Competitions open to new & current Learn With Bill students
- Participants must be aged 17+ to be eligible
- Participants must hold a provisional driving licence to be eligible
- Participants must meet eyesight requirements
- Full Licence holders are not eligible to enter this draw
- Proof of Winners provisional licence is required prior to prize being issued
- There are geographical restrictions on instructor coverage
- Lessons must be booked before ..... (date will be published)
- The winner will be the entry drawn at random within 24 hours after the closing date
- The winners name and specified town will be announced on our website and other media forms
- In all matters the decision of the judge(s) and Learn With Bill Driving School shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into
- This offer can be withdrawn at any time
